- Undertake the registration and accreditation process in accordance with the ret procedures and guidelines
- Liaise with NCQF Services on any aspects of registration and accreditation that require their clarification or advices and ensure compliance with NCQF
- Advice, assist and support workspaces and informal sector regarding the development programmers
- Select and set registration and accreditation Panel (with specialists as external members) to examine applications
- Accompany the Panels on site visits of applicants to validate and seek any further information deemed appropriate
- Participate in the Quality Assurance Committee of the Board (if required) for vetting and approval of registration and accreditation decision based on panel's findings and recommendations
- Conduct research on best practices to improve registration and accreditation

- Efficient and effective registration and accreditation process (Expeditious, transparent, fair/impartial)



Qualifications and Requirements


Education
- A least a Degree in Education Management form a recognized institution or any other relevant qualification

Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Experience in quality assurance within an Education and Training environment (General Education, TVET and/or Higher Education) will be an added advantage

- Knowledge of the provisions of the National Credit and Qualifications Framework
- Knowledge of the Education/Training sector (Including policies/strategies) in Botswana
- Knowledge of relevant legislations and regulations governing the sector
- Knowledge of registration and accreditation and quality assurance
- Computer literate. Experience with systems and applications in the specific work area
